Appointments & Services

  • Consultations provide several benefits. They allow you to meet your stylist, discuss your hair goals, and assess the current condition of your hair. At The Wild Strawberry Salon, we prioritize the health and integrity of your hair above all else. Additionally, consultations ensure accurate pricing and timing estimates for your services, helping both you and us plan effectively. For new clients or those opting for extensive services like Keratin Treatment or Extensions or Highlights, consultations also facilitate payment of deposits in person.

  • Appointments exceeding one hour (excluding haircuts or blow-dries) require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in a 50% fee of the total service missed being charged to your account. Furthermore, booking of any future appointments will be restricted until the outstanding 50% fee is settled.

  • We do keep a cancellation list that is called based on the timing available of the service canceled as well as specific requests from the client. Follow us on Instagram for live updates on last minute cancellations as well as promotional offers and sales!

  • You can find us conveniently located at Bathurst Street and Rutherford Road/Carville Road in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, situated within the Scotiabank and Mr. Greek plaza.

  • Give us a call. We always do our best to accommodate you if you’re running late. However, arriving more than 10 minutes behind schedule means we might have to adjust your service or reschedule.

  • Give us a call if you have a service in mind that you would like to book! Alternatively, you can fill out our inquiry form and one of our team members will get back to you with available staff and time slots.

  • New clients or those seeking to schedule a significant service they haven't undertaken previously may need to arrange a complimentary consultation before being able to book the actual service.

    Deposits are mandatory for first-time clients and/or services exceeding a duration of 2 hours.

  • Currently, tipping is not available on our debit or credit machines. We kindly request that tips be provided in cash or via e-transfer. When checking out, please ask the ladies at the front desk for your stylist's email, and they will be happy to provide it to you for e-transfer tipping. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Yes, we do cater to children and students, offering student pricing. However, we kindly request that children not receiving services remain at home or wait in our designated seating area, as our salon seating is limited to clients undergoing services.

  • While we primarily use Aveda products, we also offer a range of other brands to accommodate the diverse preferences of our clientele like Olaplex, Schwarzkopf, Moroccan Oil and many more!

Packages

  • Blowdry Packages are available for purchase in the salon. Please give us a call anytime to assist with the purchasing process!

    Blowdry packages cannot be used or combined with any other offers or promotions.

  • Currently, we offer 10 blowdries in a package. Pricing varies depending on the level of the stylist. Please see our Services page for pricing: Services

  • No. Blowdry packages are non-transferable.

  • No. Blowdry Packages do not expire.
